Account deletion

To delete your account you need to delete Chatlake Shopify App. App when deleted, will wipe your data within 24hrs. If you renew subscription within 24hrs you existing data will be restored. Also, mobile app data relies on your Shopify Chatlake account, so deleting Shopify Chatlake app will delete all data available in mobile app too and will delete your user account.
